ExaGEO students gathered in the Lake District for a three-day retreat focused on collaboration, team-building, and skills development. Working in interdisciplinary groups, students explored how exascale computing can address real-world environmental challenges and shared their ideas through group presentations. The students took part in a snowy mountain hike and prepared evening meals in teams. Our annual retreats help students build strong bonds and learn valuable soft skills that will support them throughout their PhD journey.
